HCL Launches New ME 06 Netbook In India

HCL of India has rolled out yet another netbook into an already overcrowded market, with their model ME 06. This looks more or less a standard netbook from this year with its Atom N270 1.6GHz processor, a 10.1" display at 1,024 x 600 resolution, 1GB RAM, a 160GB hard drive and Windows XP Home Edition. Interestingly enough, it features 3G connectivity and a SIM card slot, which means you need not leave yourself to the mercies of a Wi-Fi network wherever you go.
